  • CGC does not have a traditional grading scale. Please refer to the Collegian Handbook in the “Academics” section.

  • CGC promotes technological advancement, however, we challenge out students in their learning and their own critical thinking. Our assignments are limited technology and promotes hand-to-paper submissions 70% of the time and computer assignments 30% of the time. Technology tools are used strategically and ethically.

AI is restricted from use as a primary tool in electronic submissions. The use of AI is used for instructional purposes only. Any student that is investigated and found academically dishonest in using AI are held to the following accountability metrics:

    • 1st infraction - Academic Probation

    • 2nd infraction - Academic Suspension

    • 3rd infraction - Academic Expulsion

Each occurrence results in an automatic “0” for a grade without approval of a second attempt on the assignment.

More details are located in the Collegiate Handbook.
