PHASE ONE
Application
Submit the student application. Please note there is a non-refundable application fee of $150 for each application submitted. The application fee can be processed at the bottom of the online application page.

PHASE TWO
Parent-Student Interview
We are excited to meet you and learn about your collegian and their academic and career goals. During this step we can answer any questions that parents may have and determine if we are the right fit for you.

Your student will be assessed to ensure placement into the correct grade level and to determine how your student think and learn

PHASE THREE
Acceptance Email
Check your junk/spam folder for your acceptance email. This email will contain links to schedule your orientation and other important enrollment completion forms to digitally sign and other required documents to upload for your school access and collegian portfolio.
Orientation
After you have finished your enrollment documents, you will receive an email with your school access to complete both parent and student orientation modules.

Once your modules are completed, you will receive an email of your official start day at Cedar Gate Collegiate!
Discounts
Sibling Discount
10% off tuition for the second and third sibling.
First Responders Discount
$500 off annually for students whose parent or guardian is a police officer, EMS, or firefighter, applied as $250 off each semester.
Educators Discount
$500 off for students whose parent or guardian is an active teacher, education administrator, or education counselor.
Active Military Discount
$1,000 off for students whose parent or guardian is an active, reserve, retired, or fallen member of the U.S. military.
Senior Class Discount
$250 off for students currently in their senior year of high school.
Tuition Payment Options
Annually - per year starting August
Semester - each beginning semester in August and January
Monthly - monthly for 10 months from August-May

College & Career Consulting Services
$150 per hour
Available for students outside of Cedar Gate Collegiate
