Vision
Meet Our Founder
Dr. Renieda Johnson is a dynamic educational leader with over a decade of experience in instructional leadership, campus administration, and college and career readiness. As a principal, she has strategically directed academic programming, personnel development, and campus operations with a focus on high-impact instruction and student achievement. Her leadership journey spans multiple Texas districts, where she has served as Dean of College & Career Preparation, Assistant Principal of Instruction, and Campus Testing Coordinator. Dr. Johnson has consistently driven measurable gains in college enrollment, CCMR metrics, and instructional quality through data-informed coaching, strategic planning, and community engagement. Her expertise includes managing Road to College and Career departments, overseeing special programs, and leading restorative discipline initiatives that foster equity and excellence.
Dr. Johnson holds a PhD in Education Leadership and Administration, graduating summa cum laude with distinction from Capella University. She also earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, both with honors from American Military University. Her teaching experience includes serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where she designed collegiate-level curricula and supported adult learners through Title IX and ADA compliance. Dr. Johnson blends academic rigor with cultural responsiveness, leveraging her military and law enforcement background to lead with integrity, precision, and purpose. Her commitment to student success, staff development, and systemic improvement defines her legacy as a transformative leader in education.
